Register to vote
You can register to vote online with MyVote if you have a Washington State ID or driver license. You can register without an ID or driver license by mail or in person with your county elections department.
Get a ballot
Ballots to for the November 5 General Election
will be mailed out starting October 18. If you do not receive a ballot by October 22,
contact your county
elections department. To check your voter registration address, log in to MyVote.
Update my voter registration
If you are a registered voter but did not receive a ballot in the mail for the last election, you may need to update your address in your voter registration. You can check your current information and complete any updates online with MyVote
If you do not have a Washington State driver license of ID, you can also update your address by mail or in person with your county elections department
Cancel my voter registration.
To cancel your voter registration, print a cancellation form and return it to your county elections department. You can also
contact your county elections department for assistance.
File an Initiative
The first day to file initiatives to the people is January 5.
To meet the signature requirement during the next four years, sponsors of intiative measures must submit a minimum of 246,372 valid signatures and sponsors of referendum measures must submit a minimum of 123,186 valid signatures.
