EDUCATIONAL MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION LEVY

 
 

The Board of Directors of Onion Creek School District

 

No. 30 adopted Resolution No. 2005-1 concerning a

 

proposition to finance maintenance and operation

 

expenses.  This proposition  would authorize the District

 

to levy the following excess taxes upon all taxable

 

property within the District for support of the

 

District's General Fund educational maintenance and

 

operation expenses:

The Board of Directors of Chewelah School District

 

No. 36 adopted Resolution No. 2004-2005-01, concerning

 

a proposition to finance school expansion and

 

modernization.  This proposition would authorize the

 

District to consolidate educational facilities and

 

services into two schools by expanding and modernizing

 

Jenkins High School to accommodate Grades 7-8, expanding

 

Gess Elementary School to accommodate Grade 6 and

 

closing Jenkins Middle School (Grades 6-8); issue

 

no more than $13,700,658 of general obligation bonds

 

maturing within 21 years; and levy annual excess

 

property taxes to pay and retire the bonds, all as

 

provided in Resolution No. 2004-2005-01.  Should

No. 200 - 414 - 61 adopted Resolution No. 6 - 2004 - 2005,

 

concerning a proposition to finance high school

 

modernization and expansion.  This proposition would

 

authorize the District to modernize and expand Deer

 

Park High School; issue no more than $11,900,000 of

 

general obligation bonds maturing within 20 years;

 

and levy annual excess property taxes to pay and

 

retire the bonds, all as provided in Resolution No. 6 -

for support of the District's Transportation Vehicle
