The Board of Directors of Chewelah School District
No. 36 adopted Resolution No. 2003/2004-02, concerning a
proposition to finance maintenance and operation
expenses.  This proposition would authorize the District to
levy the following excess taxes, in place of an expiring
levy, upon all taxable property within the District,
for support of the District's General Fund educational
maintenance and operation expenses:

The Board of Directors of Nine Mile Falls School
District No. 179/325 approved Resolution #1-04 concerning
a proposition for a replacement maintenance and
operations levy.  This proposition would authorize the
District to levy the following excess taxes, in place
of an expiring levy, on all taxable property within
the District, to fund and maintain current programs

and operations, including, for example, technology,

teaching staff, school supplies, athletics,

maintenance and bussing:

FACILITY IMPROVEMENT

GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS - $7,990,000

The Board of Nine Mile Falls School District No.
179/325 passed Resolution #2-04 concerning this
proposition.  This proposition authorizes the District
to update and make safety improvements to Nine Mile
Falls Elementary School, update, expand and make safety
improvements to Lake Spokane Elementary School, update
and expand science classrooms at Lakeside High School,
issue $7,990,000 of general obligation bonds maturing
within a maximum term of 20 years, and levy property
taxes annually, in addition to regular tax levies, to
repay such bonds, all as provided in Resolution #2-04.
