NINE MILE FALLS SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 179

FACILITY IMPROVEMENT

GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS - $13,300,000

 
 

The Board of the Nine Mile Falls School District

 

No. 325-179 passed Resolution #2-05 concerning this

 

proposition.  This proposition authorizes the District to update

 

and make safety improvements to Nine Mile Falls and Lake

 

Spokane Elementary Schools, make safety, site and field

 

improvements, and expand and update science, performing

 

arts, and physical fitness instructional space at Lakeside High

 

School, issue $13,300,000 of general obligation bonds maturing

 

within a maximum term of 20 years, and levy property taxes

 

annually, in addition to regular tax levies, to repay such bonds,

 

all as provided in Resolution #2-05.  Shall this proposition be:

The Board of Directors of Deer Park School District

 

No. 200 - 414 - 61 adopted Resolution No. 8 - 2004 - 2005,

 

concerning a proposition to finance high school

 

modernization and expansion.  This proposition would

 

authorize the District to modernize and expand Deer

 

Park High School; issue no more than $11,900,000 of

 

general obligation bonds maturing within 20 years;

 

and levy annual excess property taxes to pay and

 

retire the bonds, all as provided in Resolution No.

 

8 - 2004 - 2005.  Should this proposition be:

proposition to finance maintenance and operation

 

expenses.  This proposition  would authorize the District

 

to levy the following excess taxes upon all taxable

 

property within the District for support of the

 

District's General Fund educational maintenance and
